About Nadir Lahmeur

Nadir Lahmeur is the founder and managing partner of Red Zenith, a consulting and business development firm focused on pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems, and healthcare technologies.

Through Red Zenith, he works with technology providers and specialized manufacturing partners seeking to expand their presence in North America and develop new strategic collaborations.

Before founding Red Zenith in 2025, Lahmeur spent more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical packaging industry. Most of his career was with SGD Pharma, a global manufacturer of pharmaceutical glass packaging, where he held progressively senior leadership roles and ultimately served as General Manager Americas, overseeing the company’s business across North America and key markets in Latin America.

Earlier in his career he worked at Valois of America, now part of Aptar Pharma, where he supported the development and commercialization of nasal spray pumps and aerosol drug delivery systems for major pharmaceutical companies.

Throughout his career Lahmeur has worked closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers, technology developers, and specialized suppliers to bring complex packaging and drug delivery solutions from development through commercialization.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and has completed executive training in management, finance, and pharmaceutical sciences, including Financial Accounting through Harvard Business School Online.
